how to check active exchange 2003 email accounts
Hi , we are planning to migrate exchange 2003 server to BPOS, while there are many inactive accounts which we don't think it's necessary to waste of money to migrate them as BPOS charges based amounts of accounts. is there an recommended way to generate a report so that how many are active for recentl six months and type of the accounts,so that we can confirm the amount we will subscribe? Thanks,KF

You don't pay for accounts you don't activate within BPOS, so even if you have 10,000 mailboxes that have synchronized with AD, you only pay for the ones you activate and assign a license to. I would assume during your migration process you will get a list of the active user accounts you need to activate for users during the migration process and you wouldn't just wholesale activate all accounts.
