Quote "exchange was installed on domain.local and i configured excahnge for domain.com and domain.in." Does your mean that domain name is xxx.local and exchage SMTP domain name is xxx.com. It wont harm anything in exchange, you can use lots of other domain name also. What is error message you are getting when configure POP/IMAP. Hi, Please try this solution: There was a folder that had been moved to the outbox that should have been in a completed project folder. Removal of the folder from outbox cured the authentication problem. Im afraid there is no one line solution for this issue. You might have to make sure the configuration at cas, firewall ports, client configuration etc are in place. Check out the article refered by Jidan.
