how many domain name can Ms exchange server support?
Hi,I am going to buy Ms Exchange server but confuse with the price, licensing and how many users can use.For example, if i buy Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise Edition, i will get 50 storage groups, is this the same as 50 users? and if i need more than 50 users, i could just buy The Exchange Server Enterprise CAL? depending how many more users i need. Is that the way of buying the product?I am not familiar with Ms Exchange server, but i need info about how many domain name can Ms Exchange Server support? For example, if i buy Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise Edition, do i get 50 domain name? Thank you, really appreciate for the help.

Storage Groups and user license are not logically related. ~ For a Exchange server you need to have Exchange 2007 Enterprise or Standard edition license. ~ For users you need to have Standard, Enterprise or both type of CAL depending on usage for each users/devices. ~ About domain names, I didn't see any limitation on number of domains in Exchange. Further detail about Exchange server license and CAL you can find in below articles...
