how i can send automatic messages to mail users
hi dear friends,
first i am sorry about my bad english.
i will migrate my exchange 2007 server to 2013 exchange
and after migration all users will have this message:
your mail boxes moved to 2013 exchange or something like,
how can i make this process?which tool i have to use

You may also consider Exchange Server Deployment Assistance, this is an online tool from Microsoft that allows you to enter information about your current Exchange environment, your future Exchange environment and then it will spit out a beautiful plan for you to follow: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dn756393.aspx

Moreover, you may try this automated tool i.e. LepideMigrator for Exchange (http://www.lepide.com/exchangemigrator/) which lets you to migrate from exchange 2007 to exchange 2013 witout any interruption.

After migration send notification to all users, As a work around try the above given refrence which looks good. Moreover, you may also take help from below given links.

Hi,

Powershell script is the only way to do this.

There is no built-in management tool will send automatic messages to users once the migration completed.

Perhaps some 3rd part tool can do this, but I never heard of it.
