how email flows when using OWA from outside on exchange 2010
I need to know how excatly email flows when using owa. thanks alan

It's really no different then any other client whether you're using outlook, owa it's going to use the same transport stack. The client is just how it interfaces with the store. In Exchange 2003 OWA used ExOLEDB to connect to the store, 2010 uses webservices, and of course Outlook is direct rpc to the store. Hi, If you want to ask how to access the mailbox via OWA, you need to unstander how OWA works. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998629.aspx No matter how clients access thier mailboxes, the mail flow should be the same when trying to send a email.
