how configure exchange server in internet enviorment
plz any boday tell me i configured exchange server 2000 on lan if i want to access my user to check their exchange mail from internet what is its requirements thanks

Hi, The easiest way to do this will be to allow access to the email using Outlook Web Access (OWA). This is setup by default in Exchange 2000 so all you need to do is give access from the web. One other important step would be to secure the connection using SSL. To do that you will need to install a certificate on your IIS server (if you only have one Exchange server then it is the same server). Then open port 443 from the Internet to the box and you should be able to access exchange using the IP address/exchange. Next put a record in DNS to allow friendly name resolution.
