There is no Management Console in Exchange 2013.
Yes, there is no management console in Exchange 2013.
If you want to manage Exchange server, you can use Exchange Administration Center.

Unlike previous versions of Exchange, there is no Exchange Management Console (EMC) or other equivalent desktop tool for managing Exchange 2013. Your options are:
- Use the web-based administration (EAC) for Exchange 2013 and Office 365.
- Use PowerShell commands and scripts.
- Try Exchange Tasks 365, a 3rd-party management tool for both Exchange on-premise (including Exchange 2013) and Office 365. A free trial is available at U-BTech's website (http://www.u-btech.com/products/exchange-tasks-365.html).
I have been in exch since 5.5. It's ugly now. '13 Installation is easy. But what were they thinking? Why the learning curve for managing exchange? Will not recommend ex 13 to any of my customers until they fix this? Hell I can't even see the the '13 server
from my ex '10 EMC. If they want to sell a product make it intuitive, but then it's Microsoft.
