how can I allow all users to check meeting room booking user name on exchagne 2010?
Hi Everyone, I have a question, I need all users can check and see meeting room booking information, such as who booking meeting room, but just now, all users can not see, it's very troublesome.

Hi, To solve that problem you change the permissions on the calendar folder from AvailabilityOnly (Free/Busy Time) to LimitedDetails (Free/Busy time,subject,and location) That way the users will see the person who has booked the room as long as you have kept the default settings for DeleteSubject and AddOrganizerToSubject (=True) in CalendarProcessing. You can changes these permissions in EMS. Thanks Martina! I will to try it. last time, I try to give domain users to manage meeting room permission, when I setup complete, the user cans see the meeting room booking username, but after a few days, the users can not see the meeting room booking username, it was amazing!
