greek proofing tools won't download because of http / https confict in chrome

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.microsoft.com/el-gr/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35400' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/7/2078C8E9-4D1F-45FC-97DC-885A1BF1D666/proofingtools_el-gr-x64.exe'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

used 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/7/2078C8E9-4D1F-45FC-97DC-885A1BF1D666/proofingtools_el-gr-x64.exe' and it worked..

Thanks for your feedback, I have tested with my local environment, >>https://www.microsoft.com/el-gr/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35400<< worked with chrome browser.

I suppose this issue might be caused by the settings of chrome browser. Please see this:
