Hi Amin,You can consider Query based distribution groups in Exchange 2003 but it requires Exchange organization in Exchange 2000 native mode minimum.Query-based Distribution Groupshttp://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Query_Based_Distribution_Groups.html"some of employe mailbox is notin this exchange" does it mean that it is hosted on some other email service?
