fowardng emails
Hi gurs I created a contact account and I have a user account, in the user account I tried to foward the email coming into the domain to the forward address, but for some reason it just dont work, I get no error, I get nothing, but the email does not reach her destination, how do I knwo ifthe email even tried to leave my domain, how can I troubleshoot this Thanks a bunch for all your help

The down side to this is anyone who know the email address can send to it. Else you can select "only senders in the following list" and put the user account in their. This is only that user account to send to that contact.

Can you try sending an email to the contact address directly and enable delivery and read receipt, does that work?

Could u check the message tracking logs for that specific email and send us it? rgd Zarko

Hi, Did you set forward only or deliver to both accounts (user and contact)? Also as ZarkoC wrote check the tracking logs to see what happens to the mail when it arrives. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.
