forwarding emails of multiple accounts to one email account
I have been requested by management to forward emails from several email accounts into one central internal email account. I understand that you can go to delivery options and forward email, but some of these users already have forwarding setup to
outside emails. Is there a alternative way to forward emails, so that I can still allow the forwarding of users emails to their external mail, but also forward to another internal account. We are using Microsoft exchange 2003 SP2.

Your only option would be to create a group. Then add the contact and the internal account to the group and then set the group as the forward. Anything else could cause a loop.

Hi
Simon gave a good method, if you still have other issue, you could reopen the case.

Thanks Simon.
What you said make sense and I've implemented your suggestion.
