You want to forward an e-mail and change the From: address, correct?  I am able to do that using Outlook connected to Office 365 without any problems.  What client and service pack are you using, and what version of Exchange server?  What exactly are you doing in complete detail, and what happens when you try?

Hi,

User A must be assigned at least Send on Behalf to user B, then user A can send from the forwarding message as User B.

Manage permissions for recipients.

And the 'from' option, it's under 'OPTIONS' menu (Outlook 2013)

Best Regards.
