forced install of new outlook connector - bad software?
Today was forced to install a non-working outlook connector. I cannot get around the problem and now have to read my @msn.com email using msn.com The error message is "unable to load the information service msncon.dll". Tried numerous re-installs, un-installs, reboots. Nothing helps. Outlook 2007. I was able to download an apparently older connection from the microsoft site and use it to read existing e-mail, but cannot download any new e-mail. Are there any alternatives other than switching to web-based msn? As you know there is all this advertising that clutters the screen. Maybe that's the plan. To try to get me to read ads. Good luck with that.
