force internet calendar subscription?
Is there a way to configure all user accounts to automatically subscribe to an internet calendar? We have 5 internet calendars we want everyone subscribed to. I'm succesfully subscribed to the internet calendars. The only way I know how to do it is right-click the calendar, click Share, and send that email to the whole organization - and then recipients have to click "subscribe to this calendar". Do I have to do this 5 times? Or is there a way from the server side to configure mandatory mailbox / internet calendar subscription settings? We're running Exchange Server 2007 and users have Outlook 2007. Thanks.

There is nothing I'm aware of that will do this server-side. You might be able to write a script and have it run in a logon script or some such, but it's not a trivial exercise, I don't think. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." .
