foot note on all messages
How can I put automatic messages on baseboard of all e-mail is sent from my Exchange organization. How can I do this? Thanks.

Hi Alberto, Which version of Exchange are you using? Exchange 2007: You can use transport rules to append the footer/disclaimer into body at Edge/Hub Transport Servers. My organization using Exchange Server 2003. The only way to do this is using a script? I think if I using a script, it is too hard for my server. Alberto.

Script works very well, depending on the server load. what I have seen is that a script makes CPU goes up compared to making it a DLL, the throughput is about the same. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms986138(EXCHG.65).aspx

Your anti-vius/anti-spam software might be able to do it as well. We use Sybari (forefront now) and it includes a field to add disclaimers
