Hi, Could you please paste the complete NDR here? All emails to hotmail have this issue? I also suggest you to do an outbound email test in the following website. https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Thanks, Elvis

Hi,This may be due to the lack of spf record for the sending ip. This is a tool from microsoft that helps create the spf record that you need to havehttp://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/content/technologies/senderid/wizard/Check this link also to know more about spf records http://www.openspf.org/Another possibility would be that you have been blacklisted due to NDR attackes or you being used as a open relay. Chance is your email server might be blacklisted as spammer, e.g. allowing open relay.
