I need to know how to associate a *.tsv file to Office 2010 excel 64bit (the file is not present) the tsv file is coming from Oracle

We can go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type of protocol with a program. If it is already listed, you can change the default application to Excel. If it's not listed, you can add it.
