false positives

2013 On-Premise

Why is our own email sometimes going to our MS Outlook junk email folder? You would think that if our email is @xyz.com it would be marked as safe and not SPAM.

How do I fix this?

Hi jamicon,

Please check whether emails go to the Junk Email Folder in OWA.

If emails don't go to Junk Email Folder in OWA, it seems an issue the Junk E-mail Filter configuration on Outlook Client side.

More details:

If emails go to Junk Email Folder in both Outlook client and OWA, please check whether this issue caused by Transport Rules or Outlook Rules.

Thanks
