failover clustering

I have single cluster with three nodes two in primary Dc andone in DR. From last few days my database get failover automatically on secondary nodes. and i am getting evnt id 306.

Application and service logs ------>Microsoft--->exchange---->high availability ------->operational

Could you please post the error message here for futher research?

Besides, please check the application log to see if there is any related events.

Application log has overwrite since the day when issue happens. But i would like to provide info that my exchange server is in Vmware is there any specific fine tuning need to be done on server related to failover.

There is a Copy button in event properties, please use it, also don't show internal server name and domain name in public forum.

Since you mentioned your Exchange servers are VM, how do you backup your VMs?  Does it happen at the hypervisor level like Veeam? or Do you do it at the application level?

Managed availability database failover initiated by responder SearchLocalMountedCopyStatusDatabaseFailover. Search is broken on the database on that server.
