extracting download file
Downloaded 2013 trial version. Files properties states self extracting cab (Exchange-x64). File has no extension. winzip does not work.

Downloading on server 2012 strips the file extension ".exe" off file name. Additionally the file needs to be unblocked in the file properties option.
