export-mailbox with Outlook 2010
I running Exchange 2007 (with all latest patches/SPs) on a 2008 x64 (non R2) box. From my Windows 7 32-bit client with Exchange management tools installed and Outlook 2010 (all patches/SPs for everything) I'd like to use "export-mailbox" to a PST. In this article: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/04/13/437745.aspx it says I need Outlook 2007. Is this true or is there another way with 2010? In my "help export-mailbox -detailed" output I don't have the option for "-PSTFolderPath". Can anyone give me any pointers on how to export a mailbox with powershell? TIA.

Based upon the link you provided I am assuming this is an Exchange 2007 Server you are speaking of? If so I would suggest that you stick with Outlook 2007 since; Outlook 2010 still has some issues The process is know to work with Outlook 2007 Even with Outlook installed the export/import process can be problematic at times. Alternatively check out Lucid8's DigiScope http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp that can provide you with Mailbox Export services as well as many other cool features including but not limited to the ability to crack open an OFFLINE database to Browse, Search, Export, Import or Recover data etc. Troy Werelius www.Lucid8.com

It turns out I didn't have SP1 installed on my Win7 client. Once I installed that I got the "-PSTFolderPath" option.
