Hi

Very short explained.

  1. You need to create a Database Availability Group (DAG)
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351172(v=exchg.150).aspx
  2. Then you need to have a SSL certificate on both servers with the namespace you are using. E.g. mail.domain.com, outlook.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com  Change all the libraries to match these names to avoid Outlook from complaining about certifikates and names :-)
    http://exchangeserverpro.com/avoiding-exchange-2013-server-names-ssl-certificates/
  3. Then you will have to have a loadbalancer in front or do it with DNS round robin. Point the same record to both servers.

Hello,

1: Install New Exchange 2013 Server.

2: Create DAG (Database Availability Group), then if one server goes down all the DB's will be mounted on the other server with no downtime to the end user.

Hi,

You just have installed a new Exchange 2013.

Please refer to the below article to configure mail flow and client access:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj218640(v=exchg.160).aspx

About your question, you can deploy DAG and Load Balancing for high availability and for site resilience.
