exchange server outlook error

Hi,

when i want to connect to outlook and create account i saw this error:

i also try to delete admin account in control panel and create it again.

Hi

Is this just one user or all users? Do you have Outlook Anywhere enabled?

Can you manually create a profile so we can check if all is fine as it seems like autodiscover is not working.

you must configure user account in control panel -- mail , add user account and set config by exchange or pop3 mail server

Its very strange, i delete profile and create it again today and now worked, i did this before but i dont know how my problem solved anyway.......

i got another problem when i want to open Outlook

i had same problem many times, just did re-creation of profile.

could open this mailbox in OWA ? seldom, Outlook can't create folders, but after opening in OWA it works.

i have OWA without problem and even i can connect to exchange management panel without problem and i work with server that i install exchange on it.

Hi,

I have noticed you can access mailbox on owa, I think the issue is related to your outlook side.

According to the error,  this issue is a corrupted Navigation Pane settings file that prevents Outlook from starting successfully.

Have you tried to run outlook under safe mode?
