Thanks one thing more, I have windows server 2003 sp2 and exchange server 2003 is also runing on the same AD, I want to upgrade server 2003 to server 2008 , how i can do this and after upgrade my exchange will work or not, please give me step by step if yoy have data or migration is possible

Hi, I recommended you to migrate to Windows Server 2008 R2 first of all, secondly it's recommended to migrate first your AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services) infrastructure and then migrate Exchange Server. hi i installed windows server 2008 r2 and after installation when i opened documents and settings-users i find lock mark on administrator why this is showing like this i want to install exchange 2007 sp3 on it before installing anything other i want to know why this lock mark is showing on administrator user regards vijay
