Hello, If message tracking log shows that messages are delivered to particular users mailbox then there would be some outlook rules which might be deleting email, you can verify that.

Hi, there are no rule has been set in user's Outlook. Sometimes, not only userA, but also userB missed the same email. I feel that was strange.

Hi, Before going on, I would like to confirm the following questions: 1, Whats the type of the Distribution Group? Did we set any special configuration on the group? For example, expansion server. 2, Will the different sender affect the result of the email? For example, sender in the same store with the problematic users, in the same server, in the different server. 3, Did this issue only occur if the recipient is the Distribution Group? 4, For the missing email, did we get any NDR or other notification on the sender side? 5, Send the message tracking to me: allensyr2003@hotmail.com Additionally, please check whether the below two links are linked to this issue: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;271930 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;283051 Thanks Allen
