exchange email configuration
hi support, i have a slight issue with exchange configuration. a little bit about the server... exchange was installed on a windows 2008 server with the name suria.ksmb.local MX record is mail.suriamalaysia.com.my i have setup the exchange accordingly but i had an issue with receiving emails from external source. i could send emails to internal users and also external users. i could get reply from the internal users as well. however i couldnt get replies from external users. i have setup the firewall to accept all incoming and outgoing connections. now the issue is, i keep getting prompted with username and password when i open outlook. it worked before but doesnt work now. just to clarify..what user name and password am i supposed to logon with? my send connector and receive connector authentication is currently set to "none". i have tried the other options as well. none of which works. what should i do to get this functional? please help. thank you.

What version of exchange and how many exchange servers? If only one exchange server than you need to set your default receive connector to allow anonymous.
