Any particular reason why you installed Exchange 2007 SP1 on a new installation, rather than SP2 or SP3? I would suggest updating to begin with. Everything that you need to know is documented on Technet. The guide that is presented to you on first time startup of the Exchange Management Console will also provide you with what you need to configure. This blog posting may also be of some assistance. http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/11/17/431555.aspx ISP DNS has nothing to do with Exchange, as all DNS should be handled by Active Directory.
