exchange administrator account can't access exchange power shell in the exchage 2013 server

the default  domain administrator (member of administrators, domain admins ,enterprise admin ,schema admins ) account has exchange  organization management  role and exchange  server management role ,when logging into exchange server 2013 ,the exchange power shell doesn't exist I wonder why although the administrator account has the appropriate rights

put into consideration that the exchange power shell exists when logging into the exchange 2013  server with the account exadmin which I created and used it for  exchange 2013  installation

exadmin i member of (domain users ,Enterprise admin,organization management,schema admins,server management )

Hmm, maybe an icon has been moved to a different profile.

Would you try to execute a command prompt and run

C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit -command ". 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\bin\RemoteExchange.ps1'; Connect-ExchangeServer -auto -ClientApplication:ManagementShell

Hi ,

I hope you would have searched for Exchange management shell (EMS) .

Have you checked with other exchange servers in same organisation?

Can you able to see exchange management console on that server ?

Is that server is newly build ? Is so go ahead check the installation logs on the exchange server in the below mentioned path.

<system drive>\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.log

Apart from the above please check the application logs in event viewer .

Hi,

The default location for the shortcut is: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Exchange Server 2013\Exchange Management Shell.lnk". If it's no longer in the start menu then you can create a shortcut to it on the desktop or add it back etc.

If the shortcut is missing, you can create another one with the below target but it would be best to ensure that Exchange has been successfully installed by checking the logs as per Nithyanandham's post above.

C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit -command ". 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\bin\RemoteExchange.ps1'; Connect-ExchangeServer -auto -ClientApplication:ManagementShell "

Note that there is no Exchange Management Console in Exchange 2013.

Thanks.
