exchange OWA
just installed exchange 2003 (mail.mydomain.com) on my network migrating from exchange 2000 (serv2.mydomain.com) . I moved a mailbox to the new exchange 2003to see if everthing works. I also had my ISP add an MX record. I was able to gain access to the login screen using the mail.mydomain.com address but something is preventing me to access the OWA. But I don't know what Exchange or IIS settings is preventing access to the OWA. Everything else works except for that aspect. Can someone tell me what I have to adjust?? I want to keep both exchange servers online until the migration is complete. Thanks

am not running a FE/BE setup this is my DNS settting internally mx record for serv2.mydomain.com (OLD Exchange 2000 server) mx record for mail.mydomain.com (NEW Exchange 2003 server) Host (A) for mail == 10.0.0.23 Host (A) for serv2 == 10.0.0.31 mail Alias(CNAME) == mail.mydomain.com everything works when I try this on my network. But if I try it from home then it does not work. I wander if it's my firewall setting? or something I forgot to tell my ISP?
