Hi, If you want to find some logs for the specific user, you can check from Outlook: 1. Hold down the CTRL key and right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray. 2. Click Test E-mail AutoConfiguration 3. This will generate a pop up dialog box that can provide insight into connection errors, name resolution errors, certificate issues, and more. Hope this helps. You can use something like exmon for internal clietns - http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=11461 For External may use your firewall logs & IIS Logs - http://gsexdev.blogspot.com/2009/11/reporting-on-outlook-anywhere-users.html Sukh
