im going to run 2 exchange 2010 servers on hyper-v.i have sized to exchaneg server as intel 4 cores 2.4 single processor for each server.how can i calculate hyper-v server's processor requirementsamj

Well, if you do some reversed engeneering; you first calculate what your individual Hyper-V guests need in terms of CPU cycles and then sum that up you at least know the requirements for servicing the guests. Then you add what you believe you need for the Hyper-V host on top of that.
