exchange 2010 message tracking
hi, one of our user have a problem sending email to a distribution group, but he can send OK to other groups. other users have no problems sending to this particular group. using his delivery report tools (on ECP), we can see this entry for the email he sent to that group but when we double-click to see details, we get this error: "The delivery report for this message can't be accessed. This may be because the message isn't supported or its delivery information no longer exists." I also checked on EMC using tracking log explorer and found that the message has been submitted from store and received by HT server. The next event following that is "EXPAND" and that's it. nothing else. Somehow it just stopped there. Normally, I should see more EXPAND events or any SEND/DELIVER events as the message being delivered to expanded recipients. have anyone seen this before? any idea?

Hi ethan10, Did you configure the message dielivery restrictions for the special DG, please check that. Did you configure the message moderation for the special user account, please check that. Does the user account has the same issue when send all the DG? Please, create a new mailbox and connect it to the account, and then test it again. Then we would narrow down the issue, we could do other research regarding to your issue. Regards! Gavin
