Hi, i am having issues when sending out from gmail as plain text. all the emails sent are being stored in the Junk folder. when i send emails from gmail using rich text, this does not happen. is this normal? Thanks Andrew

Are you sure it's Exchange that's doing this? Is there a SCL header in the message and, if so, what value was assigned? If the SCL value for the message is below the value you set for Exchange to move the message to the junk e-mail filter (or there's no SCL header) then it has to be Outlook that's doing it. Hi Rich, junk mail filter disable and still the emails go to Junk. so most likely is the SCL value in exchange causing it. may i know how to change the SCL value in exchange? thanks.
