Do you have multiple NICS installed on different networks? If so.. check the binding order.... I had issues installing a mailbox cluster and running some cmdlets because of this.

I get this error all the time when I log into my server as my ID, if I log in under the original Administrator account or do a RUN_AS for that account it works fine.

I found the following steps which are perfectly working for me: 1. Click Start, click Run, type control keymgr.dll , then click OK. 2. Click Back up, and then follow the instructions to save the current entries. 3. Delete any entry that matches the names of the Exchange servers and domain controllers in your organization.
