exchange 2007 mailbox problem
Hi, sorry for raising same question again. i am facing the same problem but still i haven't got a solution for it. My organisation CEO's Personal Assistant JO use's 2 mail boxes. 1 her own mail box. 2 Executive Support Mailbox. she got full permissions for the ES mail box. she access the mail box from outlook 2007. i add changed the permissions as owner in outlook from Right click on ES mailbox --> properties --> Permissions tab --> add --> JO --> permissions level owner. in exhcange server she got "full permissions" and "send as Permissions" for the ES mailbox. every thing is working fine till now. 1, yesterday she complined that she can't change a private meeting in the ES calendar that she created. that means she is able to create event in the calendar but cant change them. 2, today she complained that she cant even see the mail of ES inbox. the inbox says there are 3 unread mails. but shows empty. but she can access from OWA. this is not the only mailbox we are getting this problem. few days back we got the same issue with 2 users but after removing chached exchange mode it worked. but in this case after removing the chached mode didn't work. please help, thank you, krishna Krishna Gummadapu

Hi, Answer to your questions. 1. Go to the properties of the shared mailbox -> permissions tab -> and select the radio button "All" under delete items. 2. Create a new Outlook profile and also remove the profile in the local directory on the computer. Depending what version of outlook you are using, you can import the NK2 file back. Might be a corrupted ost.

Hi, The only way to give the Assistants the ability to view emails marked as private is to also add them as a Delegate in Outlook. Martina Miskovic
