Hi Team, in my org we have both exch 2003 and exch 2007. when some of the users send email, from email id is showing as secondary email alias which was deleted, instead of primary email. due to this when the receipient replies, email is bounced since the secondary alias is not present. can anyone point me in a direction where the issue could be ?? thanks in advanceChris Tate

Also test this after deleting the Outlook AutoComplete address cache file .nk2: For deleting the .nk2 file. Open up windows explorer, and paste the following into the address bar: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook Delete the Outlook.NK2 file that you find in this folder.
