Hi, JineshIt seems that an Outlook clients there are (RPC over HTTP)configured automatically, where as it supports for offline address book(OAB) version 4 OAB download support, including HTTP download distribution and it do not require public folder. And the Outlook uses offline address book to provide access to directory information from the (GAL)when users work offline or are configured to use Cached Exchange Mode. When a user starts Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode for the first time, the user's Exchange mailbox is synchronized to a local offline folder (OST) file, and the offline address list from the Exchange server typically is synchronized to a collection of OAB files on the user's computer. The solution is to use an outlook as online. Thanks
