If Data is gone there is no away of getting the data . (Microsoft Tools) If you got to Recover deleted PF folders You can Try using PFDAVADMIN tool. Tool is publicly Available. If you feel data is corrupted Try Running a repair on the PF database. Open Cmd prompt - Browse .to the Bin Directory (installation location "bin folder") eseutil /p "Path of the Database" Disclaimer ** you might lose data from the PF database . Take a Backup of the Existing edb file and run a repair on it. Last option - Restore from backup

Hi Okan, To restore from edb files, we need to build a DR server. Export and then import the content.

I would suggest you build a DR server and restore database to this DR server. Here are the steps: 1. Build another Exchange Server 2007 in ANOTHER ORG as a DR server. 2. Dismount Public Folder Database on this DR server. 3. Go to Public Folder Database folder (.EDB file location folder), record the name of the Public Folder Database name, then go ahead to delete the Public Folder Database .EDB file. 4. Make sure “This database can be overwritten by a restore” option is checked. You can find this option by right clicking Public Folder Database and choose Properties. 4. Restore Public Folder database from backup to this DR server. 5. Cut and paste the backup .EDB file to the Public Folder Database folder. 6. Rename the backup .EDB file to the name you recorded in step3. 7. Mount this Public Folder database. After that, we can use Outlook client to connect to this restored Public Folder database and export the Public Folders you need. Then, import these exported Public Folders to the production environment. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
