exchange 2007 - how to divide and split emails stored in exchange storage group
Hi. A company is running exchange 2007 on their server. the task is simple: All emails from all users have to be split/copied/divided from date A to date B and then moved to a different location. Is there a way to do that? Andrew

for example: you have 30 users on exchange and they ware sending/receiving emails since 01/01/2009 till today. now you need to take all emails from all user from 01/01/2010 till 01/01/2011 and move them or copie them to a different place. This is what I mean by split/copied/dividedAndrew

If so, you can follow this document to do that: How to Export Mailbox Data http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb266964(EXCHG.80).aspx This command can help you export data to a pst files in other place, or to another mailbox. Thanks, EvanEvan Liu TechNet Community Support
