I have a user that when he receives a message from a certain domain that exchange 2003 will delete it after it sits in his inbox for a second. I've checked for rules and whitelisted to no avail. He does receive the message in his BB. I've also verified in message tracking that the message is local delivered to his inbox. The message never appears in outlook, only in webmail and it only lasts for a few seconds. I've disabled addins and antivirus. Any help would be appreciated.

Not in blocked list in Outlook either? Is Outlook in cached mode? Set to online and test if the problem continues. Alos, when the message disappears, where does it go? Another folder? Deleted items? The Dumpster under the inbox?

Dear Ray, Please let me know if you have newly configured the user's exchange account? If yes/no just go through a new configuration of the account. Once I have also faced this issue. I traced down all possible causes but didn't helped me out. Then I tried to wipe up all and configure a new exchange account for the user and the issue was resolved.
