exchange 2003 calendar
My boss has asked me to get a list of all meetings by our users that do not have a resource set up. We have been having issues with people double booking our conference rooms because some meetings that were set up years ago didn't have resources booked. Is there any way I can get this information from my exchange server. We do not have a shared public calendar. Everyone just sets up their meetings through the client on their pc.

What version of Exchange is this? You have to walk through each users calendar and look at each meeting object to see its properties. are you using calendars in Public folders as resources? if so, I suggest you move to mailbox resources instead. It will help you will people not booking resources or change meeting time/date. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Hi Jol, Per my knowledge, I think you can’t get the list at Exchange server side. As I know, the calendar information is stored in mailbox store, and Outlook will publish Free/busy information to the Schedule +Free Busy folder. Publishing Free/Busy Data So if you want to see the detailed information of each user’s calendar, I think you need to access users’ calendar folders via Outlook one by one. I also checked the system Schedule +Free Busy folder, I didn’t find the information that you want to get. Managing Exchange Server 2003 Free/Busy Folders
