exchange 2003 NDR report when user replies to an email from a particular domain
Hi.When a user replies back to a email from this particular domain ( i think the email is being sent in HTML format) he gets a email back saying this Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Trial Kit Report Sent: 14/12/2009 09:27 The following recipient(s) could not be reached: support@cim-services.co.uk on 14/12/2009 09:28 You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator. <omicronuk2svr.i.omicron.co.uk #5.7.1 smtp;571 5.7.1 Message contains spam or virus : 14972:4131851184|0A64>any ideas of the cause of this ?thanks

It means you MX IP address or Domain name is blacklisted in their database. it could be some RBL they might be using which would have added you temporarily. Contact the Recipient domain. also your check your IP address if it is blacklisted. http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx Thanks.
