Hi,
Could you help me with more information below, so I can understand better on this issue:
- Is there a fixed sequence of editing the Excel spreadsheet?
- Does every change along with a save action?
- Do you mean only the user made the last change can see all the changes but others cant by but only the person who made the last change can see said changes
- What is your network drive? Is it one drive or other network drive?
Please kindly provide me above information, thank you.

Hi, thank you for your response.
1. No, typically the spreadsheet is only used once everyday, but sometimes by a different user. One user at a time, do not need to share simultaneously with other users, one user at a time.
2. Changes are made and the sheet is saved. Not sure if I understood the question.
3 only the person who made the last change can see said changes
4. It is a network drive, not a cloud drive
I hope this helps clarify. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. Could you please test one more thing for me?
1. Create an other type file, like Word document.
2. Change the Word document the same way as you change Excel. See if the issue can be reproduced.
Let me know the result, thank you.
