excel 2013

I just purchased Excel pro 2013 for Windows server 2012 and it won't launch.  I get a message to repair, it doesn't work, I tried to repair online and it still doesn't work.

Hi eastl,

Based on your description, did you mean when you opened Excel you got the error messages to tell you repair Excel? Was this a standalone version of Excel?

There is a similar thread about your issue, and users solve this issue by 2 methods.

Method 1

Remove the AutoKMS folder, which is located in a subfolder of C:\Windows and delete the AutoKMS task.

You can check if you also contain this folder in your computer and try to delete it.

Method 2

Try to uninstall Excel completely and then re-install it. You can also use Fix it tool to help you uninstall it. Please refer to this article:

After trying these methods if your issue still exists, please post the whole error messages about repairing here. And be a bit more precise explain your issue so that I can provide more accurate solutions to this problem.

Im glad to help and follow up your reply.
