1. Is it only 1 user who is effected or does it happen with other users? Double check. 2. Check the outbox of this one user, is there a message stuck there, if yes, remove/delete it. 3. Use MT to see/confirm the users has only sent it out once. 4. If this happens all the time then antigen may be misbehaving for this partiulcar message. Try to disable if possible and test. 5. Does it happen to all message or particuar message? 6. Disable AV on the exch server and test. 7. Send a message from OWA for this user and test, still same issue>m May be issue with Outlook. 8. Try another PC and test.Sukh

I suspect it's going to be stuck in the queue. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822944 FWIW I haven't run Exchange 2003 for quite a while, but I did see this happen a few times. After a call to PSS and a few hours of diagnostics we found it was being caused by forwarding a malformed message that had been received from another external domain. The message was malformed in that the message content type did not match the claimed type in the mime headers of the message. Somehow this disrupted the tail end of the protcol conversation between our mail server and the destination server so that the destination server got and delivered the message, but our server never got the final OK that the entire message had been received, so it queued it up to try sending again. It appeared that sometihing in the mail client or email system where the message had originated was causing the malformed messages. The temporary fix was to tell the user not to direct forward emails from that domain, but to forward them as attachments. Not long after that we finished our upgraded to 2007 and didn't have the problem after that and the case was closed at that point. Hello, Please log on to user mailbox and remove stuck message from there. If this doesnt help, re-create user profile on Outlook, since message might be stuck in Outbox. Sukh828 is right I think. RegardsZbynk
