Hi,Please check below:: 1: Check whether you are sending to correct email id 2: Its looking that your email server does not recognize MX record of remote domain"gmail.com" . Is it happening for multiple users 3: Send message thru SMTP command from your mail server to remote domain to check whether remote domain accept messages from your email server. 4: What is your setup of exchange server. 5: Did you send message thru outlook if yes then what about OWA result. Hi,You can also use www.checkdns.net & www.dnsstuff.com to check MX records of any domain and also can check mail flow for postmaster/address space address to check whether remote domain is accepting message from others or not. In your case this, you are not able to deliver message for domain gmail.com (Most white-list domain) then its need to check at your end whether your server can reach to google.com thru SMTP command.Follow URL provided by Mumin to check further.Anil
