In exchange 2003 enviroment some messages comes with an empty message body If i create a single outlook email account i can receive those message OK.But when i use Exchange pop3 connector the messages comes empty. Another problem is that some messages are not received and stays inside the mailbox of my ISP The event viewer comes with erroras aboput pop3 connector with the event id 1019, 1023, 1036

Hi, First, I would like to confirm the following questions: 1. Which mail client is used to send and receive email, Office Outlook or Outlook Express? Does the issue occur when using OWA? 2. How many user has the problem or does the issue only occur on certain user? At this stage, let’s focus on the empty message body issue first. To troubleshoot the issue, I suggest you temporarily turn off firewall and antivirus program on the problematic user account, and then send a general test email again. If the issue persists, please create a new Outlook profile for a test.
