emails older than 60 days automatically deleted?
My Boss asked me if it was possible tohave emails older than 60 days automatically deleted?We are using Exchange 2003 and out Outlook versions are 2003 and 2007.Thank you in advance for your help.Greg

Try this:In Exchange System Manager, expand Recipients and right click on Recipient Policies. Select New->Policy. Click the box for Mailbox Manager settings. Name the policy then click on the Mailbox Manager Settings tab. Specify the desired settings. Now, in ESM, open the properties page for your server and on the Mailbox Management tab, specify when you want the cleanup to run.SF - MCITP:EMA, MCTS: MOSS 2007, OCS 2007, Exchange 2007

Keep in mind on WHO you are applying this setting to. You may not want this to be for all users.
