I hope someone could help me to solve an issue i have with a user.

The user categorized emails with color and every once in while, the categorized emails lost their color, and the user had to categorize another time every email he already did once.

Outlook version is 2007 and is connected on an Exchange 2010 seerver.

Please try the following steps and then test the issue again:

1. Right click on the top level folder (where Outlook Today is), select Properties.

2. In the opened Properties dialog, click Upgrade to Color Categories button.

Please let me know if this works.

I just took control on the user's desktop and saw that the problem happened again.

Is it possible that it's caused by an incompatibility between Outlook2007 and Exchange2010 ?

Is there another solution ?
